Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

Delays can happen from time to time, the reasons may be due to us receiving a wrong or delayed material shipment, low on staff due to holiday, a sudden increase in orders, if you made any changes to your order or if your order has a large amount of items. if you want to know what the issue is with your specific case, please provide us with your order number and we'll get back to you.

If you are in a rush to receive your order please let us know and we can discuss express options for you. Express options comes at an extra cost can vary depending on country and your budget. If you want express shipping please provide us with your full address including region and contact info and your time limit.

 

 

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by:

Clicking the "Track order" button when opening the chat

or checking your shipping confirmation email. You can get updates on your order by downloading the 17Track app, it is a trustworthy tracking app with 700+ carriers.

 

 

Why hasn't my parcel moved?

If your parcel is stuck in transit it might be that you need to confirm some info first, please check the email you used when you made the order for any courier emails. Another reason might be shipping delays within the shipping company, sorting center or customs. Delays vary depending on seasons, countries and companies. If you suspect there might be a delay you can contact the shipping company for more information. Or ask us to help you! If you need our help checking shipping issues please provide us with your order number.

 

 

Why is there no information on my tracking?

Tracking may take a few days to update, please be patient and if there are any issues just let us know and we will look into it!

 

 

How do I change the delivery address if I entered it wrong or have a new one?

Please contact us as soon as possible with the address change. You can change your address as long as your package hasn't been sent out yet, so don't wait around! Contact us either here in chat or email us at halucyon.contact@gmail.com

In general, we recommend writing down your waist, shoulders, bust and hip measurements to refer to when choosing sizing, especially if you're buying something slim fit or tight.

 

 

How do I collaborate as an influencer?

Please write to us on Instagram from your account so that we can verify you, and we'll take it from there.

 

 

Can I change the size I ordered?

It depends on how far in the process your order is. Please provide us with your order number to continue.

 

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as your package has not yet been shipped.

 

How do I get express shipping?

I don't think the measurements on the product is correct

Please write the product title or number or link the product and we'll take a look. Sometimes measurements might be wrong because we make the size charts by hand.

There is no size recommender on a product

You can find the size recommender on our interactive size chart, you can find it  below the price on every product page. If it is not there, the product might have an older version of our size chart, you can find the size chart it among the product images. These older size charts do not have a size recommender yet and need to be updated. If you really need a size recommender on a product that does not have one please let us know.

 

 

How long are shipping times?

Shipping times vary depending on the country, typically shipping time is between 2-3 weeks. But could take longer for small remote islands. If you are in a rush to get your order, let us know and we can discuss express options, naturally this comes at an extra cost. ✈️ Please keep in mind that any delays are beyond our control! 🚚💨
